My journey has been one of diverse experiences, all converging to fuel my passion for guiding others towards their fullest potential. For over 32 years, I’ve worked within the human services field, a career that has shaped my understanding of the complexities of human behavior and the challenges we all face at work and in life. My roles have taught me the importance of resilience, empathy, and the power of setting actionable goals. Through these experiences, I gained invaluable insights into balancing the demands of work and personal life, and learned how to maintain my integrity and values, even in challenging situations. I grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. My parents instilled a strong work ethic and deep sense of compassion for others. These values have been the cornerstone of my life and career.
I was also a multi-sport athlete in high school, where I discovered my passion for softball, leading me to Division II scholarship at Truman State University (formerly Northeast Missouri State). My time as a collegiate athlete was transformative. I competed in the Women’s College World Series twice, and earned several accolades, including 2nd Team All- American honors. These experiences taught me the importance of dedication, teamwork, and the mental fortitude required to achieve ambitious goals. After my playing career, I felt a strong desire to share my knowledge and experience with young athletes. For 12 years, I coached varsity softball at the high school level at my alma mater, helping young women develop their skills, build confidence, and navigate the pressures of competitive sports. I believe that athletic success is not just about physical ability, but also about mental strength and balance. My coaching philosophy emphasizes holistic development, helping athletes thrive both on and off the field. Today, through All Bases Life Coaching and Consulting, I leverage my extensive experience to guide and mentor individuals on their personal and professional journeys.
As a mentor and life coach, I guide my student athletes and clients to discover their inner strength, resilience, and wisdom. Everyone can create a fulfilling life, and I'm here to help you do that. I also structure your sessions to serve both faith-based on non-faith-based athletes and clients.
I will provide guidance, advice, and support, helping you set goals, develop strategies, and stay accountable based on your needs.
